I joined Watsons Singapore HQ as an intern for 3 months. I had gained plenty of experience regarding customer service relationship management and learned how to use a CRM system. Watsons has helped me grow in terms of better teamwork to ensure smooth and efficient teamwork flow and has also taught be CRM skills that are now second nature to me. It was a very fruitful and pleasant experience working there with the casual and fun atmosphere that Watsons has developed.

I first learnt about dropshipping from a lecture in NYP. I learnt that DELL does not have a warehouse and only make their computers when there is an order. I started dropshipping since then, as a student I do not have the capital to start a conventional business. thus, I resort to e-commerce, and with dropshipping, it thought me the importance of marketing, and customer support, as with dropshipping I am playing the middle man and do not hold any products, which mean what sets me apart is how I market my posts and liaising with the 3rd party if my customers have any queries.

As a Business Management student, working at Shake Shack was an eye-opener to train me to be productive and efficient in an environment where speed is key. Shake Shack's emphasis on customer service has taught me the importance of it, as it encourages repeat business and cultivates a loyal following that increases sales. Overall, Shake Shack has a caring and fun environment and is a place for personal development.

Unfortunately, I had to leave the company to better focus my studies as school had started.

Since young, I was always intrigued but how the business industry thrives and how its web work. I was always curious about how businesses operate on an international scale so I joined an export and import company after my N-levels, my superior seeing that I had a hunger to learn, taught me how the operations work, I gained much experience from him. He even gave me more responsibilities such as liaising with suppliers and even put me in charge of the part-timers.

I was an assistant badminton coach , under a coach named Kang. This job taught me patience and the different approaches I need to take based on my audience. During my coaching time, I mostly work with young kids, which means my teaching methods have to be broken down and converted into something that is able to capture their attention and have a fun tone to it.
